He went through our whole inspection report with us line by line so we knew what we were getting into. Claudette assisted us with the sale of our Kennebunk property. There is much detailed work in the task of bringing the parties together and we are convinced that without her efforts and finesse, this sale would not have been consummated. The best way we can demonstrate our appreciation is by sending any known buyer or seller to her office and this we will do!

We first met Helen when we began our quest for land in the area about 9 months ago. After she patiently traipsed though thick woods, wetlands and brush with us for a couple of hours looking for boundary markers and test holes we knew she was going to be a great agent. Over the course of the next nine months she repeatedly demonstrated a willingness to do whatever necessary to find us the lot we sought. Her familiarity with the area and professionals in the area is unequalled. She never failed to provide answers to our endless questions, gave excellent advice when she felt qualified to do so, and hooked us up with the best local experts when she didn't.
