Since 2006, Kathy Baker, Rental Manager for the Kennebunk Beach Realty has been managing our property located at 11 Beachwood Avenue, Kennebunkport, ME. She has done an excellent job the entire time and has proven herself to be an excellent communicator between us (the landlord) and our tenants.

Ms. Baker has a wealth of knowledge regarding property management We have relied on her knowledge and advice frequently when it comes to decision making on all sorts of issues such as selecting qualified tenants and assessing the rental market. Ms. Baker has found excellent tenants for the house and has been very responsive to both tenant and landlord needs and requests.

We feel very fortunate to have her as our agent whom we could trust entirely. Kathy has been extremely helpful in answering any of our questions and concerns. She has always made excellent suggestions, has dealt with the tenants and us extremely well, and has kept us informed about everything.

This is extremely important and we have never had a tenant “problem” with Kathy's advice. We trust her to run things and she can virtually take charge, but always checks with us before making expensive repairs, or changes. We have confidence with Kathy. She is a skilled, experienced professional who can cope with arranging all tasks whether it is for yard work or minor repairs.

Kathy's initiative to follow through on matters that need to be dealt with is unprecedented! Ms. Baker is someone whom I highly recommend based on her work ethic and capability.

My wife and I had the opportunity to work closely with Claudette on the purchase of a waterfront property and we were very pleased with her efforts on our behalf. The usual difficulties in negotiating and closing any real estate transaction can be multiplied in a transaction involving waterfront property that will require extensive permitting and renovation. We had all those problems and more, including a winter lease, and they were exacerbated by the sometimes peculiar behavior of the sellers and their agent. It would have been easy to just give up and continue the search for other options. Claudette was persistent and worked hard at removing obstacles that moved the deal to a closing. We appreciated the value she added to the transaction and we are very satisfied clients!

When we bought our house we had never dealt with a summer rental before. Kathy Baker was extremely helpful with advice on everything including rental pricing and items we needed to remember to include in the house as amenities, all the way to recommendations for plumbers and electricians in the area we could count on for reliable help during a recent renovation. Our rentals go very smoothly with no effort on our part. They make the entire process smooth and easy.

Recently we had an outdoor shower pipe burst. Kathy was called by a neighbor who saw the water and was at the house immediately. She assessed the situation, called us to let us know what was going on and got the plumber there so quickly I didn't have to go up to the house that day. When I got there the next day the pipe was already repaired. It was very good to know our property was such a high priority for Kathy. There is peace of mind knowing that Kathy and the others at Kennebunk Beach Realty are managing our property.

We wouldn't think of using anyone else to buy or sell property. Denise is the best! She is very professional knowledgeable….makes it happen.

Our first encounter with Kennebunk Beach Realty was in 2008, when we rented a house on Ocean Ave for two weeks in the summer. We fell in love with the Kennebunk-Kennebunkport area so much that we bought our own house in the Lower Village the autumn of the same year.
