As first time homebuyers, especially in today's market, we felt totally out of our depth and anxious about the whole process. We were referred to Linda by a family member.

He is always available for questions right away via text and email, and he was so patient with us! He went through our whole inspection report with us line by line so we knew what we were getting into. We ended up getting the first house we put an offer on, and he was able to get $5k knocked off the price which I was not expecting. I would recommend him to anyone! Rick Natoli was our buyer's agent as we built our new home in Kittery. Rick was an excellent agent and walked us through all the steps of our purchase and was extremely proactive and responsive to our needs as the build and sale went forward. We were living out of state and COVID restrictions limited our ability to travel to Kittery to see the property and monitor progress. Rick visited the building site multiple times to see progress, fill us in, and support negotiations and design changes. His integrity and knowledge of the industry gave us confidence that we were in good hands even though we were unable to visit the property.
