My wife and I had the opportunity to work closely with Claudette on the purchase of a waterfront property and we were very pleased with her efforts on our behalf. The usual difficulties in negotiating and closing any real estate transaction can be multiplied in a transaction involving waterfront property that will require extensive permitting and renovation. We had all those problems and more, including a winter lease, and they were exacerbated by the sometimes peculiar behavior of the sellers and their agent.
