Dan Roche was born and raised in Chelmsford Massachusetts. Every summer, his parents and all six of his siblings looked forward to their summer vacations in Moody Beach….he had always hoped to find the opportunity to relocate to Maine. Fortunately, over twenty years ago, he found that opportunity and purchased a building, and started a successful business with his brother in Ogunquit. He was able to fulfill his dream of living in Southern Maine full time. In 2000, Dan, and his wife Pam purchased a home in Arundel, and in 2008, had the opportunity to build a new home in this community, which is where they are currently raising their two daughters.

As a former business owner, Dan brings many years of diverse experience to a career in Real Estate. He possesses passion, honesty, tenacity, vision, a strong work ethic, and above all else is a people person with an in-depth knowledge of the local as well as surrounding markets. Dan enjoys all sports, but his passion is basketball and is a certified IAABO official. He is an avid golfer and member of the Dutch Elm golf course.
