Claudette is a native of Massachusetts and graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston with a BA in Fine Arts. Claudette is a native of Massachusetts and graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston with a BA in Fine Arts. After 11 years in her family’s manufacturing business, she moved to Maine with her husband and daughter and began a career in real estate. Claudette has been a broker in the Kennebunk area since 1984 and joined Kennebunk Beach Realty in 1990. Over the years she has gained a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. She has developed a broad clientele, enjoys many repeat clients, and has become one of the top producing brokers in the area. She has participated in numerous residential development projects, consulting on the planning of the end product from a sales and marketing perspective and she has extensive experience selling new construction. Claudette is a member of the York County Council of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She was a member of the Board of Directors of River Tree Arts and has served as a volunteer for several local non-profit organizations.
