Gail Arnold

A Maine native, Gail has been with Kennebunk Beach Realty, Inc. since she moved to the area in 1980. She became a partner in 1984 and purchased the Agency in 1986. She has been an active Realtor through the years, serving and chairing on almost every Committee at the local level and several on the state level. A Maine native, Gail has been with Kennebunk Beach Realty, Inc. since she moved to the area in 1980. She became a partner in 1984 and purchased the Agency in 1986. She has been an active Realtor through the years, serving and chairing on almost every Committee at the local level and several on the state level. She was the 1991 President of the York County Board of Realtors and voted their "Realtor of the Year" in 1992. She was again voted “Realtor of the Year” in 2013 by the York County Council of Realtors and went on to become the State of Maine Realtor of the Year that year where she was honored at the National Realtors Association Convention in San Francisco. She is a past Trustee for the York County Council of Realtors and a State Director for the Maine Association of Realtors. Gail holds the designations for ABR, CRS and GRI.

Gail is also very active in civic organizations and is a current member and past President (Kennebunk's first woman President!) of the Kennebunk Rotary Club. In addition, she served three years on the Board of Directors for the United Way of York County, and is a past President and Board member of KBIA (Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association - a summer recreation program for children at Kennebunk Beach). She served two years (1994-1995) as President of the Kennebunk-Kennebunkport Chamber of Commerce. She also served two years as President of the Senior Center in Lower Village.. Another favorite charity of hers is the Animal Welfare Shelter (a non-profit) in Kennebunk where she has served as President and is now an active Trustee. Other boards she currently serves on is as a Trustee for the Graves Library in Kennebunkport and the Ogunquit Playhouse in Ogunquit, Maine.

Gail is well known for her enthusiasm and her belief in the value of technology as a tool to facilitate the personal contact and relationships that are the foundation of the of the real estate services industry. These factors, combined with her commitment to exceptional performance in everything she does, have greatly contributed to her professional success.
