Macintosh OSX users: you need the latest Apple Java software installed.
Windows XP users: you need the latest version of Sun Java installed.

Our immersive 3-D virtual tours use a Java applet and iPix technology. Your web browser should preferably be Firefox 1.5 or newer, Netscape version 6 or newer, or Internet Explorer 5 or newer. Other browsers may work as well, if they support Java.

The Java "viewer" will only need to be downloaded once, for the first image. Afterwards, tours should load quickly – maybe 20-40 seconds – depending on your connection speed and Internet traffic at that time. Please allow enough time to download the whole image and let it decompress before trying to navigate within it.
