Gail Ann Arnold
A Maine native, Gail has been with Kennebunk Beach Realty, Inc. since she moved to the area in 1980. She became a partner in 1984 and purchased the Agency in 1986. She has been an active Realtor through the years, serving and chairing on almost every Committee at the local level. She was the 1991 President of the York County Board of Realtors and voted their "Realtor of the Year" in 1992. She is a past State Director for the Maine Association of Realtors. She is also very active in civic organizations and is a current member and past President (Kennebunk's first woman President!)of the Kennebunk Rotary Club.
In addition, she served three years on the Board of Directors for the United Way of York County, and is a past President and Board member of KBIA (Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association - a summer recreation program for children at Kennebunk Beach). She served two years (1994-1995) as President of the Kennebunk-Kennebunkport Chamber of Commerce. She also served two years as President of the Senior Center in Lower Village and is currently a Trustee of the Center. Another favorite charity of hers is the Animal Welfare Shelter in Kennebunk where she is currently serving as a Trustee.
